Easy Peach Upside-Down Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow or spice cake mix, 2 large cans peaches, drained (reserve juice), 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. chopped nuts and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Spread brown sugar on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
Chop peaches and put on top of brown sugar; sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
Mix cake according to package directions, except use reserved peach juice instead of water.
Pour over peaches.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched.
