Easy Peach Cobbler
Easy Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 halves hamburger buns, 1 c. sugar (may use less), 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 stick oleo, melted and 1 large can peaches, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Break half the buns (1 1/2) in bottom of large flat pan; add chopped peaches.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, liquid and oleo. Boil until oleo is melted and slightly thick.
Pour over peaches. Break remaining buns over top.
Push down into juice.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes, until slightly browned.
A good way to use stale buns or leftover buns.
