Easy Peach Cobbler
Easy Peach Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk, 1 stick margarine and 2 c. sliced, sweetened peaches, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt margarine in 9 x 9-inch glass dish.
Mix flour, sugar and milk together and pour over melted margarine (do not mix).
Pour peaches in middle of batter (do not mix).
Bake at 400Β° for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Delicious!
May substitute any canned sweetened fruit or if using pie filling, use only half the sugar.
Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
