Easy Omelet is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. diced ham, bacon or sausage, 1 c. diced onion, 1 c. diced green pepper, 12 eggs and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown onions, peppers and meat in pan with margarine.
Do not use margarine when you use sausage.
(Cook bacon; separate and drain if using bacon.)
Beat eggs in separate bowl.
Add Bisquick. Beat.
Add milk and spices.
Pour browned ingredients into 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with cheese.
Pour egg mixture over top. Bake at 400Β° for 40 minutes.
Center should be set.
