Easy Nachos
Easy Nachos is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese and 1 (11.5 oz.) jar pickled hot jalapeño peppers, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Place about 3 dozen tortilla chips on ungreased baking sheet. Spread 2 teaspoons refried beans on each chip; sprinkle with green onions and cheese.
Top each with a slice of pepper.
Save remaining chips and peppers for other uses.
Bake at 350° for 5 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen.
