Easy Meatballs
Easy Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. plain breadcrumbs, 1 t. salt and 1 t. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine first five ingredients with only 2/3 c. manwich sauce.
Mix well.
Reserve the leftover sauce and set aside.
Roll meatballs and arrange in a well greased baking dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Drain fat.
Pour remaining manwich sauce on top of the meatballs and bake for 15 more minutes.
Serve in a chafing dish or crock pot with fancy toothpicks.
