Easy Lumpia
Easy Lumpia is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 1 pkg. coleslaw vegetables, 1 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. shoyu and garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Fry hamburger and drain oil.
Add the shredded vegetables (coleslaw), vinegar and shoyu.
Mix and cook for a few minutes. Keep it crunchy; don't overcook.
Add garlic salt and black pepper to taste.
Let cool.
Place 1 to 2 tablespoons hamburger mixture on lumpia wrapper and roll, tucking in sides before you reach the end.
Pan-fry in 1/2-inch of oil.
