Easy Low-Fat Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 nonfat tortilla or 1 pita pocket per pizza, low-fat pizza sauce, vegetables of choice (i use onions, zucchini, peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.) and low-fat or nonfat mozzarella, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Place tortilla on cookie sheet.
If using pita pocket, simply place whole on cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Use desired amount of sauce per pizza.
Layer your favorite veggies (chopped or sliced).
Follow with low-fat or nonfat cheese.
