Easy Lemon Bars
Easy Lemon Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. one step angel food cake mix, 21 oz. can lemon pudding or pie filling, 3/4 c. coconut or 1/2 c. chopped nutmeats or both (optional) and 1 tsp. lemon extract (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Do not use an electric mixer.
Stir together dry cake mix and pie filling.
Stir in optional ingredients if desired.
Pour into greased and floured 10 x 15-inch pan (jelly roll pan).
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Cool completely at room temperature.
If desired, dust with powdered sugar or top with powdered sugar glaze or cream cheese frosting.
Cut into bars.
