Easy Lasagna
Easy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 16 oz. cottage cheese, 1 jar (26 to 27 oz.) spaghetti sauce, 1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked and 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Fry ground beef; drain grease.
Remove from heat and stir in cottage cheese and spaghetti sauce.
Spread small amount in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put one layer of uncooked lasagna noodles across entire pan.
Spread 1/2 of meat mixture over noodles. Sprinkle 1/2 of each cheese over meat mixture.
Repeat layers one more time (noodles, meat mixture with cheese on top).
Cover and bake at 350Β° for one hour.
