Easy Lasagna
Easy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 (32 oz.) thick spaghetti sauce, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 (15 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese and 2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Brown beef and drain off excess fat.
Add sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagna, for filling.
Pour about 1 cup on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna over sauce. Continue alternating layers of lasagna and filling.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake about 10 minutes longer.
Allow to stand about 10 minutes before serving.
(Lasagna will expand to fill empty spaces.)
