Easy Lasagna
Easy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 32 oz. thick spicy spaghetti sauce, 3/4 c. water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Brown ground beef.
Drain off fat.
Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt and sugar and simmer several minutes in a 13 3/4 x 8 1/2-inch pan.
Layer 1/3 of the sauce and 1/2 of the uncooked noodles.
Add 1 cup of cottage cheese, 1/3 cup of Mozzarella and mild Cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce and remaining Mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes.
Bake at 350Β° in oven.
