Easy Lasagna
Easy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. skinner lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ground meat, 4 c. thick and spicy ragu spaghetti sauce, 1/2 to 3/4 c. water and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown meat and drain off fat.
Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, Italian seasoning and sugar.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese, and 1/3 of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
