Easy Lasagna
Easy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. skinner lasagna, 1 lb. ground beef, 4 c. thick spicy spaghetti sauce, 1/2 to 3/4 c. water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, seasoning and sugar.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole or lasagna pan, layer 1/3 of sauce, 1/2 of uncooked lasagna pieces, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 of Mozzarella.
Repeat layers, ending with sauce and remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Cover with foil.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Remove foil and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
