Easy Lasagna
Easy Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef or italian sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In skillet, brown ground beef, onion, garlic; drain.
Stir in marinara sauce and water.
In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of sauce mixture, half of uncooked lasagna noodles, half of combined Ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and parsley and half of Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat ending with sauce mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap; vent.
Microwave at High 10 minutes or until sauce boils.
Microwave at Medium (50% power) 30 to 35 minutes or until pasta is tender, rotating dish half turn after 15 minutes. Uncover; top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
(Can put together the night before except for cooking and refrigerate.)
