Easy Garden Vegetable Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Lightly grease deep 10-inch pie plate. Cook broccoli and/or cauliflower to tender crisp in salt water, about 5 minutes.
Drain thoroughly.
Mix with onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed, or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over contents in pie plate.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
