Easy Fudge
Easy Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 small can evaporated milk, 11 large marshmallows, 6 oz. chocolate chips and nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, milk and marshmallows.
Stir well and cook on medium high.
When marshmallows begin to boil, time 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and pour chocolate chips in hot syrup mixture.
Beat mixture until chips dissolve (use a wooden spoon).
Beat about 1 to 2 minutes longer and pour into buttered dish.
When cool, cut into pieces.
Makes about 2 pounds.
