Easy Fudge
Easy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk, 2 tbsp. butter, dash of salt and 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a 2-quart saucepan, combine the first 4 ingredients.
Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 5 minutes; stir constantly. Remove from heat; immediately add chocolate bits and marshmallow bits.
Stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Spread into a buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cool; cut into squares.
