Easy Fudge
Easy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. pet evaporated skimmed milk, 12 regular marshmallows, 1/2 c. margarine and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil (mixture will be bubbly all over top).
Boil and stir for 5 minutes more. Take off heat.
Add chocolate chips and stir until completely melted.
Add vanilla and nuts and stir well.
Spread in buttered 8-inch square pan.
Cut into 30 pieces.
