Easy Fruit Cobbler
Easy Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. milk and 2 level tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt margarine in deep baking dish.
Pour in fruit.
(If peaches, add 1 teaspoon almond flavoring).
In a small bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add milk.
Stir well.
Pour batter, which will be thin, over top of fruit.
Do not stir!!
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 30 minutes or until brown.
