Easy Freezer Jam
Easy Freezer Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh strawberries, mashed, 1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. sure-jell fruit pectin, 4 c. sugar and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Stir strawberries and sugar, mixing thoroughly.
Set aside. Stir Sure-Jell fruit pectin and water in saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Stir mixture together until sugar is completely dissolved and no longer grainy.
Pour into containers.
Cover.
Let stand overnight.
Store in freezer until ready to use.
After opening, store in refrigerator.
Makes 4 (8 ounce) containers.
