Easy Enchiladas
Easy Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 onion, chopped, 1 can chili (no beans), 1 pkg. enchilada seasoning and 2 cans enchilada sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Brown ground beef and onion.
Add seasoning, tomato sauce and 1 can of enchilada sauce (with a little water if needed).
Heat and set aside.
Heat 1 can enchilada sauce and chili.
Dip tortillas in chili mixture.
Put meat mixture on tortillas with shredded cheese and roll up.
Place in casserole dish.
Pour any remaining chili mixture on top of enchiladas and top with more cheese.
Heat at 350Β° for about 30 minutes.
