Easy Eggplant
Easy Eggplant is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small eggplants, peeled, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 1 pkg. italian seasoning, 1/2 c. cooking wine and 15 oz. tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix dry seasoning, oil, wine and garlic, along with tomato sauce.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Fry eggplant slices.
Put line of eggplant in glass dish; cover with half of cheese.
Put remaining eggplant slices on next.
Pour tomato sauce mixture on top.
Cover with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
