Easy Drop Candy
Easy Drop Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chocolate chips, 1 tbsp. shortening and 1 1/2 c. nuts or chow mein noodles or tiny marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt chocolate chips and shortening together for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes (or until melted).
Stir in your choice of fillers.
(I mix 3/4 cup nuts and 3/4 cup marshmallows for Rocky Road type candy.)
Drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
Put in refrigerator until firm.
