Easy Divinity
Easy Divinity is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. betty crocker fluffy white frosting mix, 1/3 c. light corn syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. boiling water and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Beat frosting mix (dry), corn syrup, vanilla and boiling water in small bowl on low speed until blended.
Beat on high speed about
5 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Transfer to large bowl.
Gradually beat in sugar at low speed.
Stir in nuts. Drop mixture by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Let stand about 4 hours or until firm.
Turn candies over.
Dry at least 12 hours. Store in airtight container.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen candies.
