Easy Crust Apple Pie
Easy Crust Apple Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. peeled, sliced apples, 1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 325Β°.
In large bowl, combine apples, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir to coat apples with spices.
Place apples in a greased 9-inch pan.
In medium bowl, combine sugar, 1/2 cup of the baking mix, milk, eggs and 2 tablespoons butter; beat until smooth and spoon mixture over apples, then set aside.
In small bowl, combine remaining 1 cup baking mix, pecans, brown sugar and butter.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until apples are tender.
Makes 8 servings.
