Easy Crazy Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/4 c. white corn syrup, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil and then simmer for 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and baking soda and stir.
Pour mixture over corn and toss until coated.
Spread on 2 buttered cookie sheets.
Bake at 225Β° for 30 minutes.
Cool on waxed paper and break apart. (Do this as quickly as possible.) Store in airtight container.
