Easy Coconut Cake
Easy Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (do not use pudding cake mix), 1 1/4 c. cooking oil, 1 1/3 c. water, 2 eggs and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spread oil
9-inch
Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs fork in pan.
Bake at 350Β°.
While still warm, mix 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring and heat together until sugar dissolves.
Take fork, punch holes in cake and pour mixture over cake.
Spread Cool Whip on cake and sprinkle coconut on top.
Refrigerate.
