Easy Coconut Cake
Easy Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 can eagle brand milk, 1 can cream of coconut, 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (optional) and coconut, flaked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook cake according to directions on box. Just before cake is done, mix together the Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut. When cake is done (while still hot), poke holes in cake.
Spread pineapple over cake.
Pour milk mixture over cake and sprinkle with coconut.
