Easy Coconut Bars
Easy Coconut Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 8 oz. coconut and 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix together margarine and graham cracker crumbs and pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Mix condensed milk and coconut.
Spread on top of graham cracker base and bake for an additional 15 minutes at 325°.
Pour chocolate chips on top of coconut mixture.
Return to oven only until chips are melted. Spread to smooth over top.
