Easy Clam Chowder
Easy Clam Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5.5 oz.) pkg. scalloped potato mix, 1 (8 oz.) can minced clams (keep liquid), 2 tbsp. minced onion, 2 tbsp. minced green pepper and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a 3-quart pan, combine potato mix, amounts of water and milk called for on potato package, clam juice, onion and pepper. Cover and cook until potatoes are cooked.
Add clams, milk and butter.
Bring to boil and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Serve hot. Season to taste.
