Sift sugar, cornstarch and cocoa into saucepan.
Add milk and butter.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch to beaten eggs and stir in.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Add vanilla.
Cool slightly.
Pour into crust.
Serve with whipped topping.
Good while still warm.
