Easy Chocolate Cake

Combine water, shortening, margarine and cocoa in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes boil. Combine flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add cocoa mixture, stirring well.
Stir in buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x
1/4-inch pan. Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until cake in pan completely. Spread Chocolate Nut Frosting on top.
