Mix flour, cocoa and sugar and make 3 "wells" in bowl.
In one put soda, in one put vinegar and in one put oil.
Pour water over all and mix.
You can also add a pinch of salt and a beaten egg if you wish.
Bake at 350Β° in 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes or make 30 cupcakes.
