Easy Chicken Pie
Easy Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 chicken breasts, 2 1/2 c. water, 6 hard-boiled eggs, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken in water until tender.
Cut up chicken and place in a 3-quart casserole.
Reserve stock.
Slice eggs on top of chicken.
Mix soup and two cups stock and pour over chicken and eggs.
Mix flour, milk and margarine together and pour over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until brown.
Serves 6.
