Easy Chicken Pie
Easy Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in just 40 minutes. Made with cream of mushroom soup, c. chopped chicken meat (2 small cans work well), mixed vegetables, drained (veg-all) and pillsbury deep-dish pie shells (available in dairy section, comes packed in twos), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease a deep-dish pie pan and place a pie shell in bottom. Dump in all ingredients and mix.
Use the other pie shell as the cover, pressing the edges closed and trimming the excess.
Cut slits in top and bake at 425Β° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Serves 6 to 8.
