Easy Chicken Pie
Easy Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts, cooked well and deboned, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, mixed vegetables to taste (i use frozen) and 3 boiled eggs, mash well, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Grease 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Put chicken, soup and broth in bottom.
Layer chicken, vegetables and eggs.
Mix flour, milk and oleo in jar.
Mix well.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 450Β° approximately 30 minutes (until crust is brown).
