Easy Chicken Pie
Easy Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole fryer, 2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken.
Debone and cut into small pieces.
Reserve 2 cups broth.
Place chicken in 9 x 12-inch pan.
In saucepan, mix broth and cream of chicken soup.
Bring to boil.
Pour over chicken.
In a bowl, mix margarine, flour, pepper and buttermilk to form batter.
Spoon over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
