Easy Chicken Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken (3 to 4 lb.), 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of celery soup, 3/4 stick margarine, melted and 1 c. flour (self-rising), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil chicken and debone.
Cut into bite size pieces and put in oblong baking dish.
Mix broth and soup until smooth. Pour over chicken.
