Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1/4 to 1/2 lb. deli ham, monterey jack cheese and bread crumbs to coat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Flatten chicken breasts just slightly.
Layer a few slices of the ham and then the cheese on half of the chicken.
Fold the other half of the chicken over and secure with toothpicks.
Roll in bread crumbs.
