Easy Chicken Casserole
Easy Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 5 skinless boneless chicken breasts, 1 large box ritz crackers, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Boil chicken until done.
Mix soup and sour cream; cut up boiled chicken into chunks and add to mix.
Crush 3 packages of crackers, then pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Melt butter; pour onto cracker crumbs.
Mix with fork and press a layer into bottom and sides of pan.
Pour in mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes and let cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
