Easy Chicken
Easy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, boned and split, 12 to 16 tiny white onions, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/8 c. sherry wine and 1 soup can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place chicken in rectangular baking dish.
Add onions.
Mix soup, milk and sherry.
Pour over chicken.
Grate cheese over top. Refrigerate until ready to use.
When ready, place in 350Β° oven, covered, for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 35 to 45 minutes longer. This recipe is expandable, depending upon the size of the crowd.
