Easy Cheesecake Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 regular sized box vanilla wafers, 1 can cherry pie filling and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place liners in cupcake pan.
Put one vanilla wafer in each cupcake liner.
Mix together in a blender the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and lemon juice.
Place this mixture on top of each vanilla wafer.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375Β°.
When cool completely, add cherry pie filling on top and refrigerate until ready to serve.
