Easy Carrot Cake
Easy Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. miracle whip salad dressing, 1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix, 4 eggs, 1/4 c. cold water and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Spread with frosting or sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cooled cake.
