Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature, 1 (16 oz.) box confectioners sugar and 1/4 c. milk or cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine the margarine and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves and the margarine is melted.
Pour into a large mixing bowl.
