Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cocoa in an 8-inch square pan.
Stir dry ingredients.
Make 3 holes in dry mixture.
Put vanilla, vinegar and oil (one in each hole).
Pour 1 cup water over mixture; stir well.
Bake for 35 minutes in 350Β° oven.
