Measure and sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased and floured 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Cool 5 minutes and frost.
