Easy Browned Rice
Easy Browned Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 c. converted white rice (not minute rice), 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup and 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter or margarine in skillet.
Saute rice in skillet until lightly browned (approximately 10 minutes).
Put rice into casserole dish.
Add can of soup to rice and mix.
Add bouillon cube/water and mix.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour.
