Easy Brown Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 5 tbsp. margarine, 1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked, 1 onion, chopped, 4 c. water and 4 bouillon cubes or 4 c. beef bouillon and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt margarine in a heavy skillet.
Add rice and stir over medium heat until brown. Slowly add bouillon and salt.
Cover and cook slowly 25 minutes until rice is tender, adding water if needed.
