Easy-Breezy Bread Pudding
Easy-Breezy Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 packs of hamburger or hot dog buns, 2 sticks of butter, softened, 2 cups of sugar, 3 eggs and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Crumble bread in 9 x 13 greased pan.
Spread fruit evenly over crumbled bread.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix butter, eggs and sugar with a hand mixer until creamy.
In a medium saucepan, combine milk and vanilla.
Cook until warm but not boiling.
Pour warmed milk into butter, egg and sugar mixture. Beat until all lumps are dissolved.
Pour mixture over bread and fruit.
Bake for approximately 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees until firm in the middle.
